The team played a total of 2 games and lost both regardless of the poor results , the athletes performances was one to be proud of, maybe with a longer duration of preparation, better results would have been expected.
Six players started in the first match against Malawi(2-1), while seven players started in the second and final match against Botswana(1-0), such remarkable statistics in the books of the league.
With such a huge representation in the young warriors squad shows that the mission of MTCHopSol YSL to develop great footballers in the future is slowly coming into place.
Well done boys for carrying the Namibian flag as high as possible.
